- Eat a whole Cadbury and gain 1009 calories and doing exercise to 1.5 hours.
- You don't eat Cadbury or eat in less quantity and add a maximum of 100 calories and do exercise 10 minutes. Now the choice is yours.

SMART IDEA 1. EAT SLOWLY
The main reason to get extra calories is to eat more food and when we eat more than the reason is we eat fast.
When our belly is full that signal goes to our brain 20 minutes after we smart eating. But we are eating everything in 5-10 minutes because we eat faster and that causes overeating and naturally intake extra calories. So we eat slowly, that have many benefits, like
- Easier Weight Loss:- Researchers are doing an experiment to some women in slow eating they find that when fast eating the women consume 646 calories in 9 minutes and slow eating that some moments are consumed only 579 calories in 29 minutes. So they eat 20 minutes more but consume 67 fewer calories. So just think if you eat slowly three times you will 67 × 3 = 201 calories consume less in a total day that can equal to 20 minutes jogging.
- More Satisfaction:- Because when they eat fast after 1 hour they feel hungry compared to their slower eating. So that slow eating also increases food satisfaction. That means while eating slowly our belly is full quickly.
- Better Digestion:- Most of the people think that digestion starts from the belly, no, digestion starts from our mouth that moment we smell some food for the brain will start mouth saliva, that start the first step of digestion, now in first eating the food we will eat go not swallow gudli and the digestion part in our mouth is incomplete. Now that food cannot digest properly by enzymes. Because of that digestion goes incomplete and different digestion problems come. Slow eating is a regular habit and practice is better for that, so in the first some days we have consciously eaten slowly and after some days it goes to your habit and it also helps you from many digestion problems.
SMART IDEA 2. USE SMALLER PLATES

SMART IDEA 3:- CARDIO WORK IN EMPTY STOMACH
Most people search for exercise for fat loss, but fat loss depends only on 10% of exercise. but if you want to know the best exercise that is done in the morning with an empty stomach, do cardio exercise. So, cardio exercises which can gain our heart rate light running swimming skipping. Now the question is why cardio best for fat loss? Because after 6-7 hours of sleep when our stomach is totally empty then if you do exercise then suddenly your body needs more energy and because the stomach is empty so the target is stored fat, so our body uses that fat to gain energy so it goes direct fat loss. What comes is better to cardio exercise in an empty stomach neither then full stomach band doing exercise or yoga.
SMART IDEA 4:- SAY NO TO WATER BETWEEN MEAL'S
It's a bad habit to drink water between meals when we drink water because of the in our for digest food the enzymes go to decrease density because of that water. And the food is not properly digested and in blood cells increase more insulin storing and invites lots of body problems. Gaining fat storing and invites a lot of body problems. The researcher recommends that we have to drink water 30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating, use less amount of salt and sugar in food so that you can become less trusty. On average, we drink 2 liters of water daily.
SMART IDEA 5:- NEVER STAY HUNGRY
If you think that before I tell you to eat less food but if you need food you have to eat I will tell you to eat slowly. The main thing I will tell you it slowly so that never go overeating. If you feel hungry then when you eat it you will forget the previous ideas. So never stay in Hungary. The doctor recommended eating every 3 hours. Do your breakfast healthy and eat less then your lunch and less at dinner.
YouTube protein types of food like fish, chicken, egg or milk endless with fat types of food like rice sweets, because they really are now going only to reduce fat, we need gain to muscles.

- Calories should be equals calories out to maintain body weight.
- Practice eating slowly.
