According to Dr. Radhamony, what should people with mild Covid-19 symptoms keep in mind-


Hydration- People should first focus on hydration. For this, hot water should be taken along with dry ginger and basil leaves. To make it, boil dry ginger in hot water for some time, then add basil leaf in it and boil it for some more time and drink it. Consuming it several times a day will prove beneficial.


Diet- Eat hot cooked hot food, apart from this, at the time of eating in the afternoon and night, soup of Maad or Moong Dal should be taken without salt, ghee, and oil. Eat dinner before 7 o'clock and eat only half your stomach as often as you eat. Use cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, star anise, cloves, and dry ginger as a spice in the food.


Sleep- Sleep continuously for 8 hours at night because the process of increasing immunity in the body starts at bedtime. Be careful not to sleep during the day.


Fruit- If there is a visible symptom of Kovid, then stop eating the fruit completely. But if there are indirect symptoms (called asymptomatic in medical language) then you can eat fruits like grapes and pomegranates.


Vegetables- Vegetables should be cooked properly and no vegetables should be eaten raw. Even salad should not be taken. Eat vegetables like bitter gourd and gourd the most. Take vegetables like tomato, brinjal, capsicum to a minimum.


Relaxation- Along with proper eating and drinking, rest is also very important. Rest well and you can read books, listen to songs, talk to people to make your time of rest happy. Apart from this, smoking and drinking alcohol should be absolutely avoided.


Exercise- If you have direct symptoms of Kovid-19 then do light exercise. Yoga will also benefit in such a situation, so do pranayam every day.


Herbs- You can also drink 100mg Giloy Juice and if there is a persistent cough, add honey in black pepper powder and take 3-4 times a day. At the same time, if you have a sore throat or congestion, gargle with warm water with a spoon of Himalayan pink salt and dried turmeric powder.


Herbal decoction - drink the decoction if you have respiratory symptoms. To make the decoction, first, boil two glasses of water thoroughly. Then add half a teaspoon of Trikatu powder to it, which is made of an equal amount of dried ginger powder, black pepper powder, and long black pepper powder.
