The more colorful your diet is, the healthier your diet will be.
Your local vegetable market in winter like Yaniki has many leafy vegetables whose color is light red, purple, pink, orange, thick red, faded red, light green, thick green. You just have to balance them and include them in your daily diet.
Imported Vegetables are not beneficial
Any vegetable that is not in your vicinity or it takes many days to reach the market. It is not beneficial for your health. It is better that you remove them from your diet plan.
Eat seasonal fruits throughout the year

You have to keep as much distance from these fruits as possible. You have to eat fruits that are available in different seasons.
If the weather is cold and you are thinking of eating mango fruit then it will not be beneficial for your health at all. You should eat it in summer. Even in fruits, you have to maintain the variety of colors, the more nutrients you eat, the more nutrients your body will get from them.
Do not depend on supplementation
